Because we deal in sensitive ladies undergarments, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards.
Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
🛑 Products Not Eligible for Return/Exchange
For hygiene reasons, we DO NOT accept return/exchange on the following categories:

Panties
-
Lingerie sets
-
Nightwear
-
Shapewear
-
Hosiery items
-
Any item tried, worn, washed, or opened

Items without original packaging/tags
This policy is in place to protect customer health and maintain 100% hygiene.
✔ Products Eligible for Exchange
We only offer exchange, NOT refunds, in the following cases:

Wrong item delivered

Wrong size delivered (not the size you ordered)

Wrong color delivered

Defective or damaged item (rare case)
To be eligible:

Item must be unused

Item must be in original condition

All tags must be intact
-
Packaging must be undamaged
Exchange request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Our team will review and approve the exchange if the item qualifies.
📦 Exchange Process
Once approved:

Customer sends back the product (customer pays delivery charges)

After inspection, we dispatch the replacement item

Delivery time: 2–5 working days
❌ No Cancellations After Dispatch
If an order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Unclaimed / refused COD orders may result in account restrictions.
